Welcome to the introduction of the Clever EV platform for managing the charging process of your electric vehicles. We created our platform based on the request of our existing customers from the hospitality industry and built it to cover the needs of most of the players on the market. Chargepoint operators operating between one charge port and a million charge ports worldwide. Clever EV helps both sides of the charging process, providing a user-friendly and lightning -fast way for end-users to start charging their cars and helping investors install more charging ports without upgrading their existing electrical infrastructure. Using the Clever EV platform, the Chargepoint operators can fully manage and control their stations remotely, including electric load distribution, pricing definition, automatic statutory invoicing, and user support. These features work even when there are multiple brands of chargers at a location, a challenge which the majority of other service providers cannot solve. We built the Clever EV app with end -user experience in constant focus. Using app clips on iPhone and instant apps on Android, users can start charging without pre-downloading the app. In the first two months of operation, we secured six CPO contracts and we are continuously rolling out our service to new countries and partners. We are also working with hardware manufacturing partners to provide Clever EV services out of the box. We estimated that we can contribute to a much greener future if we can connect 5% of the current compatible EV chargers. That's not even counting the expected growth. Looking at only the EU, the plans supported by the Association of the Car Manufacturers are to increase the number of Chargepoints to at least 3.5 million in the next six years. A huge market for a generic growth. And that's not even counting the rest of the world. The more players recognize the importance of the evolution to electric vehicles, the faster the market will grow and mature.
