Cloudflare Workers monorepo

Most teams run a handful of Cloudflare Workers and deploy them with wrangler deploy. At Block, we manage 216+ Cloudflare Workers across multiple accounts and business units all from a single monorepo. This talk walks through the architecture, tooling, and organizational patterns that let a small platform team provide a consistent, self-service management experience for every Worker in the fleet, regardless of which team owns it.
